We value your satisfaction and offer flexible return, refund, and exchange policies to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Important Notes:

Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our jackets, we cannot accept refunds or cancellations once production has begun.

Refund Timeframes: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed, with an average processing time of 15-20 days.

Refund Details: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive a credit for the item's cost and applicable taxes, minus shipping and handling fees.

Store Credit: Customers returning items for a refund will receive 100% store credit.

Shipping Costs: Actual shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for returned items.

Sizing Issues: Exchanges are available for sizing issues, but a full refund may not be issued. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Used Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged or used by the customer.
